We remind you that booking is mandatory. If you book online, a reservation fee (3 €) is applied to all kinds of tickets. Reservation fees are not applied on free entry tickets if you book at the ticket office on site. Please pay attention, for you will find two ticket typologies: “Full price ticket for the Basilica of Saint Francis and Arezzo museum circuit” and “FULL PRICE TICKET”. If you are interested in visiting only the series of frescoes “The Legend of the True Cross” inside the Basilica, just select “FULL PRICE TICKET”.
We remind you that tickets and reservation fees are in no way refundable.
Visits to Bacci's Chapel / frescoes by Piero della Francesca can be booked up to 30 people per turn, every 30 minutes. Opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (suspended from 10:30 am to 11:00 am due to religious service). Saturday 09:00 am - 5:30 pm (suspended from 10:30 am to 11:00 am due to religious service). Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Free admission without booking only on the first Sunday of every month.
Closed on Wednesdays.
At the ticket office on site there is no reservation fee on free tickets, whereas online there is a reservation fee of 3 € per ticket, free ones included.
Full price tickets are for visitors over 25 years of age. Reduced price tickets are for visitors from 18 to 25 years of age. Free tickets are for visitors below 18 years of age. See all reductions here.
