The exhibition itinerary will be divided into 8 thematic sections designed to present in an exhaustive manner not only Vasari's work, but also his dense network of relationships and the innovations he interpreted that would change the history of art forever. The many extraordinary aspects of Vasari's life and work will be highlighted, starting from his prestigious relationships since his adolescence in Florence with Cardinal Passerini, Michelangelo, and the Medici, continuing with his maturity in Rome and his contacts with figures of the rank of the Farnese, Monsignor Paolo Giovio, Bindo Altoviti and others, all opportunities for cultural refinement for the very active artist from Arezzo. The last two decades of his life took place between Florence and Arezzo, in the service of Duke Cosimo de' Medici.
